Domestic Shipping
The Spoon & Tamago Shop ships worldwide via USPS and UPS from our Brooklyn headquarters. We offer several express options (both 2-day and 3-day) depending on where you live and all items ordered take between 1-3 business days to process and ship. Shipments within the U.S. should arrive within 2-6 business days. But in rare instances packages are subject to delays that are out of our control and may be delayed.
All domestic shipments include online tracking, please wait 24-48 hours for the tracking code to update on the USPS or UPS website. If you do not receive an email with a shipping notice and tracking code please check your spam folder. If you're still having trouble contact us at hello@spoon-tamago.com and we will send one to you.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship worldwide via USPS. We do offer express options, however because of customs it is impossible to estimate delivery times. It seems most international shipments arrive within 2-3 weeks. The Spoon & Tamago Shop is not responsible for customs and duty fees.
- USPS First Class Mail International: Most affordable. Most packages arrive in 1-3 weeks, but times may vary.
- USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days, includes tracking.
- USPS Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days, includes tracking.
Damage or Loss: We do our best to package items neatly and securely in order to prevent damage. However, issues beyond our control, such as customs patrol opening the packages, have been known to occur. The Spoon & Tamago Shop can not be held accountable for damage or loss that occurs during shipping. For international orders we recommend USPS Priority Mail International.
Made-To-Order Items
A few items in the Spoon & Tamago Shop are made when you order and may ship separately if you purchased multiple items. The product page will prominently display which items are made-to-order along with estimated shipping times. These items may not ship from our Brooklyn headquarters and will instead originate elsewhere in the U.S. and are not available for expedited shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
If anything you purchase from the Spoon & Tamago Shop is unsatisfactory you can return it to us within 15 days of receiving your item for a full refund or exchange voucher. After 15 days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. For custom or bulk orders, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging where appropriate. We cannot accept returns of edible items.
To make a return please email us at hello@spoon-tamago.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 794 Dekalb Ave A8, Brooklyn, NY 11221.
